Birriliburu No. 2 native title claim was filed on 26 May 2008, and amended on 15 July 2008, to take advantage of some areas of land that were unable to be claimed under the first Birriliburu native title claim.
The claim area covers approximately 105 square kilometers, which is comprised of 2 parcels of land (Part A and Part B). A consent determination for Birriliburu No. 2 is being sought in the same form as the first Birriliburu native title determination.
