We are seeking a dynamic Senior Administration Officer to join our team. This busy and rewarding role will require high efficiency and attention to detail at all times. You will also provide administrative support to the team when required.

To be considered for this position, you will have:
- demonstrable experience of at least 3-5 years within a senior administration role providing support to a team;
- ability to work independently and within a team environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative and motivation;
- excellent inter-personal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with Aboriginal people where English may be a second language;
- excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines;
- competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications (including Teams);
- a team player attitude and be able to work and have fun in a busy, time pressured environment; and
- Experience in administration of Boards and Board Committees, highly desirable.

Salary Range
$106,591 - $123,943

We are seeking a dynamic WHS Manager to join our team. This will include identifying the business needs from a workplace health, safety and risk management perspective and review of existing workplace health and safety programs and tools. This will include work health and safety systems; policies and procedures; and encompasses safety, workers compensation, injury management and health and wellbeing.

To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Lead the organisations focus on strengthening the Safety Culture in all of our activities, including for remote area field trips.
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of CDNTS (and subsidiaries from time to time) WHS Management Plan to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.
- Provide professional expertise and advice across CDNTS group of companies and clients where applicable to enhance existing internal and external WHS processes and products.
- Continually improve the effectiveness of the WHS management system and ensure the achievement of performance objectives.
- Manage the WHS Committee and its obligations.
- Undertake risk management assessments, monitor, and analyse WHS data to identify trends, emerging issues and improvement opportunities.
- Establish and update WHS policies and procedures as required to comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA);
- Ensure all incident and accident reports are registered and analysed, with corrective actions taken as appropriate in a timely manner;
- Attend pre-fieldwork trip meetings from time-to-time to ensure health and safety procedures are followed, and
- Maintain currency in WHS education.
- Track incident metrics and apply findings.
- Lead injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and clients.
- Prepare quarterly reports for Board and CEO on WHS matters.
- Other Duties.
- Participate in project teams and whole of staff meetings.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.
- Other duties as directed by the CEO.
- Maybe required to travel remotely from time to time.
