PBC Administration Officer to join PBC Team
Central Desert is seeking dynamic and adaptable PBC Administration Officer to join our Client Services (PBC) team.
This busy and rewarding role supports the team in a range of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks.
These include - assisting with mail outs; updating client records; preparing board packs, coordinating payments and calendars; supporting document preparation and client travel; attending and facilitating meetings in various locations; conducting research; and contributing to journey planning and events.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clear information to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
• An ability to work effectively within small teams and to provide leadership when required.
• Commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated self-motivation with initiative.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects/meetings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications (including Teams).
• Experience in dealing with sensitive and challenging public enquiries by telephone and face to face, in a courteous and helpful manner.
• An ability to travel to regional and remote areas for extended periods for meetings and projects.
• A current and valid Australian manual driver’s licence.
